Description

Marcus Belgrave, trumpet, points at the audience that is not in the photograph and speaks or sings into a microphone he holds with his other hand. Meanwhile, Dan Pliskow, the double bass player, stands and plays along with a seated Claude "Fiddler" Williams and a seated Spencer Barefield. Charlie Gabriel, saxophone, and Big Bill Bissonnette look out at the audience with expectant smiles as they stand on stage in an auditorium behind music stands. The date, "4 10 '01," is imprinted by the camera on the bottom right-hand corner of the photograph.
