Three columns of printed negative strips with images from Inaugural Ceremonies for the Liberian President. Image descriptions from left to right, top to bottom. Four image positions are blank. The negatives are placed horizontal on the page. Image 1 & 12: Various images of a group of men placing an architectural building model covered in cloth and flat board onto several folding chairs. The men are wearing black tuxedos and ornamental aprons and cuffs. An audience of dignitaries is sitting behind the area where the model is placed. Image 2 & 3: Various images of a man standing behind an architectural building model covered with cloth on a panel resting on four chairs. The man is holding a program and speaking into a microphone in his other hand. Two candles on large wooden stands are in front of and behind the model. An audience of dignitaries is sitting behind and to the right of the speaker. Image 4 & 5: Various images of a group of dignitaries standing around an architectural building model on a panel resting on four chairs. The men are wearing black tuxedos and ornamental aprons and cuffs. They are performing a dedication ceremony around the building model. Several men are holding programs. Two men are holding large white poles. Image 6: An audience sitting between large concrete columns There are lights attached to the columns and an opening at the back of the building. Image 9 & 17: Various images of a group of workers carrying wooden beams out of a building opening covered in rubble. The men are walking over broken pieces of wood and rocks. Several men in military uniforms are observing the men work and a crowd is standing in the background. The men are walking toward a plaza between buildings. There is a metal awning with the Liberian Seal at the top of the entrance. Image 10 & 11: Various images of a group of workers clearing the ground in a building entrance. The ground is covered in dirt and the entrance is an opening in the wall suggesting the building is unfinished. A monument and plaza are visible behind the building entrance. Folding chairs are set up further into the building.
