Image 1 & 2: Various photos of men working to attach a string of flags to the side of a building. Several men are climbing a ladder to attach the string to the side of a corrugated roof. Others are holding the string on the ground. The building has wood panel siding and large windows with wooden coverings. Image 3: Men working to attach a string of flags between buildings. A group of men are standing in the middle of a street with buildings on both sides. Some of them are looking toward the camera. The building across the street is several stories tall and has a telephone pole next to it. Image 4: Liberian President William Tubman standing with two unidentified dignitaries. Tubman is standing in the center holding a cigar. All three are wearing tuxedo jackets with medals. Image 5: President Tubman talking with an unidentified dignitary. Tubman is standing on the right holding a cigar. Both men are wearing tuxedo jackets with medals. Ornate chairs and a table are behind them. Image 6: Four unidentified dignitaries walking down a staircase. Two of the men are wearing tuxedoes with medals on their jackets. One man is wearing a formal military uniform. Image 7-12: Various images of President Tubman with two unidentified dignitaries during a toast. Tubman is sitting (or standing) on the left while the two men raise their glasses to toast or drink. All three are wearing tuxedoes and have medals on their jackets. Additional dignitaries are standing in the last two photos. The men are in a room with chandeliers and portraits of dignitaries on the wood panel walls.
