Chauncey Downs, Leon Jordan, and Clifford Warren with three unidentified men at an event for Antler Lodge No. 1426. The members are awarding a gift to Warren, second from right, for attaining the rank of Colonel, at the time the highest rank of any black officer in the Kansas City Police Department. Jordan is standing third from right and Downs is standing third from left. The Antler Lodge members are wearing hats with lodge information. Warren is receiving a small wrapped box. Everyone is looking forward and smiling.
