Dizdar Brothers Inc. is tearing out sections of the crumbling concrete and pouring fresh cement in their place.

"Morgan, the fire chief and civil defense director in Clayton, was talking from the hectic lobby of the 22-story Park Tower Apartments, 200 Brentwood Blvd., where rooftop construction apparently resulted in a fire that began about 4:30p.m. Friday."

: Roosevelt Federal Savings & Loan Building in Chesterfield, MO; The Roosevelt Federal Savings & Loan Building off U.S. 40 at Olive Boulevard in Chesterfield is a formidable addition to the West St. Louis County skyline. The six-story headquarters building is being constructed at a cost of $7.1 million.
