Roxxy Woods 6 and her two brothers Otis, 8 1/2 and Aaron, 4, don't mind the dangerously cold weather the Woods family was confronted with Sunday morning. They enjoy the comfort of the Cedar Hill Faith Assembly of God nursery room floor. The Otis Woods family spent the night after a power outage in the Jefferson County Community.

Modest Beginnings - The municipal and industrial affairs of the "Industrial Village of Champ" are administered from this frame building which was a farm house recently. The 12 voters of the Village of Champ near St. Louis seldom disagree and are now embarked on a plan to make Champ, Mo. a haven for industry and amateur athletics. The village is the U.S. candidate for the 1971 Pan American games.
