Description
The front of the Philip Freneau house in Matawan, New Jersey. The second story is mostly obscured by trees. A porch with ornate scroll-work along the roofline, fenced in with light-colored columns and a dark-colored bannister, spans around the three sides of the house visible in the photograph. There are two front, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a screened-in porch to the right. The lawn is partially mowed.
