Contestant 23 wears a Kelly green swimsuit with a wide, white, vertical stripe down each side, a spaghetti strap around her neck, a gold chain necklace, a ring, and cream colored pumps with ankle straps during the Miss Boating 1981 contest. She holds her contestant number card mid-waist in her left hand. Silver lamé drapes are behind her. This photograph was taken at the Patricia Stevens studio.
