Contestant 21 wears a blue, one-piece swimsuit with one spaghetti strap attached to the center of the bodice, Kelly green horizontal stripes across the bodice, and Kelly green sandals during the Miss Boating 1981 contest. She has braces on her teeth. She holds her contestant number card low with her left hand. Silver lamé drapes are behind her. This photograph was taken at the Patricia Stevens studio.
