Franz Buddenberg, from his right side wearing a brown sport coat, dark brown pants, and taupe shoes, places likely a tiara on contestant 17, Sandi Byrd, during the Miss Boating 1981 contest. She wears a red, one-piece, v-neck swimsuit with a bow over the left hip, earrings, a necklace, a wrist watch, and clear plastic shoes with red bows over the toes and red heels. She holds a bouquet of yellow roses, greenery, and yellow ribbon on her right arm. Silver lamé drapes are behind them. This photograph was taken at the Patricia Stevens studio.
