Description

The master of ceremonies stands farthest to the left wearing a tuxedo and speaking in to a microphone during the Miss Kansas U.S.A. 1983 Beauty Pageant. Five award winners stand on stage with him looking to the right wearing evening gowns, a contestant number card attached to their dresses and holding trophies. A lighted stage decoration hangs behind them with a white circle of lights around the letters "USA" and an eagle in red, white, and blue glitter. Renee Ruch stands next to the master of ceremonies.
