Contestant 26 comes down the stairs during the evening gown portion of the Miss Kansas U.S.A. 1983 Beauty Pageant. All of the contestants stand on the stage and by the stairs wearing evening gowns and holding a single red rose. Contestant 26 wears a black evening gown with puffy half sleeves. The bodice is a gold lamé inset with a square neckline and a v-shape bottom. The black skirt is ball-gown style. She wears black pumps.
