Description

A Stevens model wears a short puffed sleeved peasant style evening gown as she walks on the runway during a fashion show at Independence Home Show. The white sleeves and gathered bodice insert gives the impression that the top of the dress is a blue vest with white stars. The skirt of the dress are wide red vertical stripes with white stars alternating with thin blue vertical stripes with white stars. The dress ends a blue ruffle around the bottom with white stars. Other fashion models stand behind her on stage.
