A Stevens model wears a long-sleeved, crewneck, black and white polka dot, crazy quilt dress with a black vest of the same length over the dress with one white button at the waist and three white buttons on each hip pocket during a fashion show at Independence Home Show. She wears white shoes and carries a white purse.
