Kay Dennis, from her left side, stands on stage with her arms bent at the elbows, lifted by each side of her face and the palms of her hands facing the audience during a Sears & Roebuck fashion show at the Plaza Inn, Main & 45th Street, Kansas City, Missouri featuring singer, Kay Dennis, as entertainment. She wears a red short-sleeved shirt with a brown rough leather belt around her waist over the shirt, with gold rivets inserted all the way around the center of the belt, and leather thong fringe cascading from the belt clasp, and red, white, and blue vertical striped bell bottoms. She also wears a gold bangle bracelet on her right arm and a gold wrist watch on her left wrist.
