The Stevens model wears a headband across her forehead, a red t-shirt with a macramé belt tied over it with long ties that hang to her knees and vertical-striped pants of orange, gold, red, an black diamond patterns during a Sears & Roebuck fashion show at the Plaza Inn, Main & 45th Street, Kansas City, Missouri featuring Chevrolet\u2019s car "Vega." She is barefoot. A balloon is visible on the right side of the photograph and gold lamé drapes are behind her on stage.
