Description

A Stevens model wears an orange, short-sleeved, turtleneck velvet dress with gold buttons down the center of the bodice and down the sleeves during a fashion show sponsored by the Plaza Merchants Association at the Plaza Theater. She holds a brown leather shoulder purse with fringe.
