Stevens model wears a fringed vest during a fashion show at Plaza Theater

Description

A Stevens model wears a white vest with black patterns printed on it and with fringe a foot long around the bottom over a black, long-sleeved, turtleneck dress during a fashion show sponsored by the Plaza Merchants Association at the Plaza Theater. She also wears a large gold pendant necklace along with very long gold chain necklaces and knee-high boots that are black on the sides and over the toes and white up the front of the toe and calf.
