Description

A Stevens model wears a headdress of a ruffle that encircles the face, a wedding gown with ruffles for short sleeves, a square neckline, an empire waistline, and a ruffle around the bottom of the dress during a Harzfeld's bridal show in Kansas City, Missouri.
