Contestants 16 through 20, wearing one piece swimsuits and holding their contestant number cards in their left hands down by their left hips, except contestants 17 and 19 who wear bikinis, stand in front of a yellow Snark sailboat with a life buoy attached to the mast with red lettering around the center and a pair of blue Riviera water skis during the K.C. Boat, Sports & Travel Show, held in Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Missouri. The centerboard is visible between contestants 17's and 18's legs.
