Description

Contestants 5, 7, 15, 17, and 18 walk in a line to the left holding their contestant cards during the K.C. Boat, Sports & Travel Show, held in Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Missouri. One contestant in the foreground walks to the right wearing a silver velveteen one-piece swimsuit and a ribbon in her hair. Contestant 5 to the extreme left wears a yellow one-piece swimsuit and white pumps with a strap. Contestant 7 is next wearing a white two-piece swimsuit with black polka dots and white pumps. The bottoms have two rings on the sides. Contestant 15 in the center of the photograph wears a yellow hash-mark one-piece swimsuit and yellow pump shoes. Contestant 17 wears a multi-colored small floral print bikini and is barefoot. Contestant 18 to the extreme right of the photograph wears a brown one-piece swimsuit and black character shoes. She holds her neck stiffly with her face turned slightly to the left.
