Description

Contestants one through ten stand on stage with a flag of the United States of America behind them and to their right sides during the K.C. Boat, Sports & Travel Show, held in the Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Missouri. Contestant 1, farthest to the right, wears a one-piece black velveteen swimsuit that buttons up the front and black flat shoes. She holds her contestant card with both hands in front of the middle of her body. To her left is an African American contestant 2 wears a black shiny bikini, black shoes, and holds her contestant card with both hand in front of the middle of her body. To her left, contestant 3 wears a purple bikini, white sandals, and holds her contestant card with both hands in front and in the middle of her thighs. The number of her card is obscured by a microphone that is standing on the floor in front of the stage. To her left, contestant 4 wears a white, purple, and pink print one-piece swimsuit, white pumps, and holds her contestant card with her left hand by her left hip. To her left, contestant 5 wears a yellow one-piece swimsuit, white shoes, and holds her contestant card with both hands in front of the middle of her body. To her left, contestant 6 wears a shiny gold one-piece swimsuit with a cowl neck, black sandals, and holds her contestant card with both hands in front of the middle of her body. To her left, contestant 7 wears a white two-piece swimsuit with black polka dots where the top piece is connected to the bottom piece with two white rings over her tummy and the front of the bottoms and the back of the bottoms are connected by two rings on the side of each hip and white pumps. She holds her contestant card with both hands in front of the middle of her body. To her left, contestant 8 wears a one-piece swimsuit that has a solid black top and earth-tone pattern over black on the bottom, white sandals, as she holds her contestant card with both hands in front of the middle of her body. To her left, contestant 9 wears a kelly green one-piece swimsuit with cut-outs on the sides, black sandals, as she holds her contestant card with both hands in front of the middle of her body. The farthest to the right, contestant 10 wears a yellow one-piece swimsuit with large pink floral print, white sandals, as she holds her contestant card with both hands in front of the middle of her body.
