Miss Boating 1976 Queen, Kathy Denton, grins as she sits in a small yellow sailboat holding a bouquet in her left arm during the K.C. Boat, Travel and Sports Show which was held in the Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Missouri. She wears a tiara and a black one-piece swimsuit. The back of an unidentified person in a plaid jacket is mostly out of the photograph on the left side.
