Miss Boating 1976 Queen, Kathy Denton, smiles as she stands to the left and leans her left shoulder into Flo Stevens standing beside her during the K.C. Boat, Travel and Sports Show which was held in the Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Missouri. Flo wears a white suit jacket over a pink blouse and a white skirt. Kathy wears a tiara, a one-piece black swimsuit, and holds a bouquet on her left arm. Part of a small yellow sailboat and an art deco grid on the side of the stage is visible behind and to the left of the couple.
