Description

Miss Boating contestants 31 through 35 stand in front of a small yellow sailboat during the K.C. Boat, Sports & Travel Show held in the Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Missouri. Most hold their contestant cards in their left hand by their left hip. Farthest to the left, contestant 31 wears a one-piece black swimsuit and brown sandals. To her left, contestant 32 wears a red and white gingham one-piece swimsuit with white piping outlining the bodice and white pumps. To her left, contestant 33 wears a one-piece swimsuit of slate, turquoise, dark pink and green geometric shapes and white pumps. The number of her contestant card is not visible. To her left, contestant 34 wears a pink one-piece swimsuit and pink pumps. To her left, African American contestant 35 wears a one-piece swimsuit of dark pink and purple vertical panels and black pumps. She holds her contestant card in her right hand by her right side.
