Miss Kansas City 1975, Elizabeth Hill, wears a tiara and a shining gun metal gray, halter-top dress with a horizontal pin at the base of the collar to form a keyhole in the bodice, as she holds a bouquet of red roses and greenery and a trophy, as Miss Kansas City 1974, Madeline Kuppersmith, adjusts her crown. Madeline wears a three-quarter length bell-sleeved, pink floral evening gown with green leaves with a double row of ruffles around the bottom of the skirt and a ruffle around the collar as well as a crown during the Miss Kansas City pageant held in Pierson Auditorium on the University of Missouri-Kansas City Volker campus in Kansas City, Missouri.
