Miss Kansas City 1974, Madeline Kuppersmith, from her left side, smiles as she walks on stage wearing a crown and a three-quarter length sleeved, pink floral evening gown with green leaves with a double row of ruffles around the bottom of the skirt and a ruffle around the collar and the bottom of the sleeves during the Miss Kansas City 1975 pageant held in Pierson Auditorium on the Volker campus of the University of Missouri-Kansas City in Kansas City, Missouri.
