Miss Kansas City 1975 contestant, Galen Everhart, walks to her right across the stage wearing a long-sleeved, ankle-length gray dress with a wide, white collar and cuffs and a large burgundy bow tied below her chin and brown pumps during the Miss Kansas City 1975 pageant in Pierson Auditorium on the Volker campus of the University of Missouri-Kansas City in Kansas City, Missouri. The backs of the heads of members of the band can be seen behind her off of the stage. Melissa Stevens wearing a white evening gown can be seen behind Galen on the back of the stage.
