Miss Kansas City 1975 contestant, Debbie Watts, performs as a maid wearing a bonnet, a navy blue cardigan sweater that is buttoned incorrectly, over a brown plaid torn and tattered dress, black tights under red and gold striped knee socks, and tattered brown ankle work boots as she bends her left arm to put her hand by her left ear and looks up to her left with a confused look as she performs during the talent portion of the Miss Kansas City 1975 pageant in Pierson Auditorium on the Volker campus of the University of Missouri-Kansas City in Kansas City, Missouri. One stage to her right is a mop leaning against a full-length mirror. The "Mis" of Miss Kansas City is visible behind her attached to the printed drapes.
