She wears a white, sleeveless evening gown with an inset waist from the empire waistline to the waistline and a crown as she hold a microphone in her right hand to her mouth and gestures out to her left with her left arm during the Miss Kansas City 1975 pageant in Pierson Auditorium on the Volker campus of the University of Missouri-Kansas City in Kansas City, Missouri. Members of the band are visible behind her off of the stage. Member of the band are visible behind them off the stage and backs of the heads of members of the audience are visible in front of them at their feet off of the stage.
