Description

During the Raytown Miss America 1971 Pageant, Teresa Mohr the new Miss Raytown sits on a white lacework bench and grins as she wears a crown and a white, sleeveless evening gown with black-piped ruffles down the center of the bodice and the skirt and white gloves just over the elbow. She holds a bouquet of red roses and greenery on her lap. It is dark all around her.
