Description
During the Raytown Miss America 1971 Pageant, a man form his right side, stands in a white tuxedo jacket with black piping around the collar and lapels and black tuxedo pants, smiles as he leans slightly forward toward Teresa Mohr, who smiles to her left as they stand on stage in front of red drapes and gold drapes to announce the winner of the ticket sales award. Teresa wears white, sleeveless evening gown with black-piped ruffles down the front center of the bodice and skirt and white gloves that come above the elbow. Her contestant number ribbon can be seen attached to the left hip of her dress.
