Description

Contestant 3, Jana Hupman, wears a long-puffed-sleeved, v-neck evening-type gown of purple, gold, green, and red-orange paisley pattern with gold lace around the collar, empire waistline, center of the bodice, and around the cuff, and gold satin gloves during the evening gown portion of the Raytown Miss America 1971 Pageant. The gown is actually a broad-legged jumpsuit. Her contestant number ribbon (3) is pinned on her dress over her left hip.
