Description

Jill Fleetwood, reigning Miss Raytown, ballet dances during the Miss America Preliminary Contest for Miss Raytown in Raytown, Missouri. As Jill holds her arms straight out from her body, she wears a red tutu and a sleeveless red, black and gold leotard. The black and gold for "butterfly wings" with black laces between the "wings."
