Contestant 12 during the Miss Boating 1982 pageant

Description

Contestant 12 of the Miss Boating 1982 pageant stands in front of contestant 14 who stands in front of a Patricia Stevens agency banner that hangs behind them on silver lamé drapes wearing one-piece swimsuits. Contestant 12 smiles directly at the photographer as she wears a red swimsuit with white piping around the top of the bodice, around the leg openings, and down her side. The spaghetti strap attaches at the center of the bodice and continues around her neck to form a "V" on her chest. Her contestant number card (12) is attached to the swimsuit on her left hip. The show was held at the Kansas City Trade Mart in the downtown airport, Kansas City, Missouri. This photograph was taken at the Patricia Stevens Studio.
